Zig Zag provides support to young women, trans and gender diverse young people aged 12-25 years. We encourage and support young people to share their ideas, suggestions or concerns so that we can improve our services and programs.
There are a number of ways that you can provide your ideas, suggestions, and feedback to Zig Zag.
You can choose to:
- Talk to a support worker or team leader at Zig Zag
- Complete our Feedback Form
- If your concerns are more serious you can complete our Complaints Form
- If you want someone to help you with this you can ask a person you trust (e.g. a parent, friend, or support worker)
Zig Zag are committed to protecting your rights and respecting your privacy. Information you provide to us remains confidential and you can share this information anonymously. If you would like to know more about your rights at Zig Zag and our feedback or complaints process, please contact us.
