Zig Zag would like to hear from you about how we can improve our support services to young people. There are a number of ways that you can provide your ideas, suggestions, and feedback to Zig Zag. You can talk to your support worker at any time or you can complete this online General Feedback Form:
Formal complaint
You may also like to submit a formal complaint. To do this please complete and return the Complaints Form to us or you can contact Zig Zag and ask to speak to a Senior Worker:
Neighbourhood Complaint Form
Zig Zag manages of a number of transitional supported accommodation properties. We are unable to respond to issues and events that we are unaware of and so we very much welcome feedback and complaints particularly regarding any disturbances of the peace in the neighbourhood.
