Zig Zag Young Women’s Resource Centre Inc are seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced human services manager to fill a temporary locum position. The primary role of the Manager is to ensure that Zig Zag operates effectively and efficiently and in a manner that reflects good practice across all aspects of operational functions including service delivery to young women, human resources management, reporting and accountability, financial management, administration, and governance support.
Formal qualifications and management experience are essential, as is a very high level of interpersonal and communication skills. This is a part-time, fixed term locum position that will include orientation and handover with the current Manager. The position will commence no later than the 5 July 2021 and conclude on the 25 November 2021.
Zig Zag offers excellent, above Award employment conditions and salary sacrifice is available. The position is paid at a SCHCADS Award Level 8. Zig Zag employs women only (EEO exempt).
